Responsibilities
Manage multiple placemaking, hard landscaping, and civil engineering projects simultaneously.
Oversee site operations, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure seamless delivery.
Collaborate directly with clients, designers, and stakeholders to maintain strong working relationships
Review project specifications, schedules, ensuring compliance with technical, quality, & safety standards.
Lead progress meetings, provide accurate reporting, and proactively address any challenges.
Control project budgets through effective cost management and resource planning.
Champion craftsmanship, technical accuracy, and attention to detail across all project stages.
Promote a safe working environment in line with industry and company regulations.
Essential Skills & Requirements
Proven experience in landscaping, civil engineering, or construction project management.
Strong understanding of materials, construction methods, and integration of placemaking principles.
Excellent organisational, communication, and client-facing skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and multidisciplinary teams efficiently.
Commercially astute with experience managing budgets, contracts, and variations.
High level of problem-solving ability, resilience, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Full UK driving licence.
