The process begins with a site assessment and requirements gathering session. Through this process, we will explore your ambitions for the new pitch and identify specific objectives, technical requirements, and project parameters.
Our discussion will cover any feasibility issues, planning considerations, regulatory and sporting specifications, and parameters such as timescales and budget. During the site assessment, we will note the position of key site features including fall of the land, buildings, trees and copses, watercourses, utility connections, and access points.
Please contact us to discuss your pitch.
The insight gained from the initial site assessment and requirements gathering session will be used to develop a design solution for your new pitch.
The proposal will include drawings and details of works relating to cultivation and levelling, irrigation, primary and secondary drainage, stone sieving and soil profile as required to meet or exceed the project goals and required standard of play.
The proposal will also outline our recommendations for gravel, sand, nutrients and grass seed required to engineer a soil profile which will promote the growing and development of a resilient high-performance playing surface.
The proposal includes estimations of costs and timescales while the overall process provides ongoing opportunities for clients to feedback and make amendments.
Following final revisions to the design proposal we will submit our final project plan, material specifications, and provide you with a detailed breakdown of costs in our quotation.
