Welcoming new Estimator, Carly, to the team!

In her role at White Horse Contractors, Carly will be responsible for providing accurate cost estimates for our projects, preparing and leading the compilation of tenders/bids/programmes and prioritising deadlines. Carly will ensure economical and efficient use of White Horse Contractors’ resources, working with our supply chain to ensure competitive, professional and added value proposals for all projects we tender.

Working closely with our Technical Director, James Welsh, and Managing Director, David Smith, ensures that our clients will continue to receive the best possible service White Horse Contractors are renowned for.

Carly is detail-oriented and has a keen eye for spotting potential problems or areas of opportunity for our clients to add value in a project. She is also an excellent communicator and will be instrumental in making sure our clients understand all aspects of our considered bids.

Carly joined White Horse Contractors after many years as a QS/Estimator for landscaping contractors, where she managed the commercial department from tender enquiry right through to final accounting a job on completion. Having been working for White Horse Contractors for a few weeks she's already made a positive impact on the team by bringing her knowledge of estimating software and has impressed us with her attention to detail.
